I have been given the task of wiring a friend's T140 which has previously been done with bits and pieces. Firstly, I need to know the basics for that year. Did it have a headlamp switch for off, pilot and main headlight or a multi-function ignition switch with the relevant lighting positions as per T160 etc. I have seen various wiring diagrams with conflicting versions. I am fairly competent regarding motorcycle electrics but would like some guidance regarding this model please.
