Anyone know of a source for this style of seat cover?

UPDATE.

Received the cover kit from RK Leighton yesterday. They were slow to ship, but when they did it came via 3-day UPS.
Looks to be good quality cover material and foam.
I'll know more when I get it installed on the pan.

The foam is 2-3/4 inches thick at the rear center, which is the same as an original, at least the best I can measure as the original is real crusty.

The Burton Bike Bits seat I have is about 3-3/4 inches tall and looks fairly good. It has a good even fit on their foam. This Leightons, not so much so. Foam needs to be a little longer front to back and the cover sides need to be a little taller too.
