Was looking at a nostalgic piece on the old TV series “Have Gun Will Travel”. Kind of fun thinking about how simple my entertainment needs were back then…. Anyhow, that article then moved on to mention a later British series “Boon” I had never heard of. The Surprise is the main character is on a BSA A65. Not much showing in this photo, but was likely shown in the series quite often.
That’s the truth! A short time ago, I saw a piece on the Roy Rogers museum with Trigger and tons of memorabilia that had become unable to sustain itself by admissions. I think It had been moved at least one time in effort control cost and to continue. There was an auction planned, nostalgia items only work for those with it. Sad to think the folks that even know Happy Trails are getting few and far between. I worry the same will happen with BSAs,,,,
