I was going through some stuff the other day myself and ran across tank bag directions to Ben’s house. One of the many regrets I have was never making that trip.
Wonderful photos Tom……Wade took the pic
but BB.com put those people together.
Thank you for sharing

Excellent point, Gordon. For all its woes, I guess the World Wide Web is still good for something then, eh? Lifetime friends off the internet... who could have ever imagined such a mechanism for the basis of friendship? Making friends is absolutely one of the positive outcomes of intent interactions, and I'm well pleased to know many people from several internet sources.
Wow, great pics, these hit pretty hard right now. I spent some time with Ben and Peggy, outside of our bigger get-togethers- thankfully. Either passing through, or over that way looking at a bike (my 88 R100RS came from a guy who lived pretty close to where they live). Getting close to them was a really wonderful treat. Ben was the sweetest guy, just genuinely nice and had a truly gentle spirit; Small in stature but much bigger in persona, Peggy's feisty spirit offset Ben's mellow demeanor quite nicely, I always thought.
Yeah I miss him and the conversations we had. I think of Peggy less often these days, sure hope she's doing well.
