i have been looking at this. what i dont understand is are we talking a whole wheel or just the brake? i am interested in the brake. not sure of the whole wheel.

There's absolutely no reason to do that to this wheel. With a little bit of work, this looks like it will clean up well for a rider.

That hub should fit in a USPS small flat rate box, which is $9.90 anywhere in the US
