A disassembled Globe GS200 sidecar came with a motorcycle I purchased and I would like to put it together. Is there a complete assembly pictorial available for this or would someone here have some information on putting this together?

Thank you

Any photos of the frame or hookup would help.

Thank you

Thank you

How ā€œdisassembledā€ is it? You probably need to share some photos. Body (chair), frame, struts, wheel, fender…..suspension?

The ā€œstrutsā€ ( probably 4?) will mount a little differently to different bikes/subframes but honestly it shouldn’t be too difficult to figure out.

Typically there are 2 struts that are pretty much the same length…..those could be your uppers ( front and rear). One short strut could be your rear lower. A completely different short strut ( the one pictured with the 90) could be your front lower?

Search ā€œCozyā€ā€¦ā€¦..should be close enough.

Mounting it on a specific bike will take a little looking at. Universal mounts or subframe.

Give us some photos. If need be PM me and I’ll get them posted for you.

Are you planning on mounting it on one of your bikes?

Thanks for the reply.

The side car is very disassambled, mostly no two pieces together with the exception of the body and the seat. Not being a paid member here I cannot post pictures.

I think that I have all the struts.

I would like to see a picture of how the wheel mounts to the frame.

I would like to mount this to a Triumph 650 Bonneville.

Several good photos on Adventure Rider site……just search Globe GS200. Probably enough to at least put it together.

And plenty mention of where to get info.

Thanks again Gordon! I can see the parts that are needed. One thing that I am trying to find out is how the wheel are assembly assembles to the frame and locks in. I cannot see what holds that bearing assembly together.

Going to take photos of your wheel assembly.

But……bearings fit the hub….hub fits the spindle and that spinner holds it all together??????

Wrong hand for you but it may be worth asking the question.

I now have most of the information to assemble the sidecar without the hookup struts.

I would like to find out the number of the wheel bearings for the s-shaped bar that holds the wheel.
