Something to play around with on the farm

Beautiful bike Boomer…….but it sure looks like a hand full.

Did it come with any attachments?

Haven't ridden it yet, I don't ride with anger much anymore but the opportunity came up so I thought why not. It'll be fun plunking around my little farm, the ground is fairly flat with one area with some slope to give it some gas going up.It's missing quite a bit of it original parts but seeing how only about 130 were built it's no wonder.

No wonder I’ve never seen one. What a beast and a great find.

Interesting way the foot pegs are mounted. Would be forgiving if you forget to keep your toes up.

Any idea what it weights?

Only if you twist the throttle too hard.
Some Race Tech cartridge emulators in the forks will really take the edge off the bumps. It helps me hang on over rougher terrain.

Looks like a serious dirt clod launcher there on the back!! Who needs a rototiller?

The original factory built G85 was ambitiously listed at 318 lbs. The engine ran a 12 to 1 piston fueled by a 1 3/8" GP all mounted in a handbuilt Reynolds 531 frame. Along with the alloy fuel and oil tank and a 7R magnesium rear hub that weight may have been achieved. I also own a Rickman Metisse G85 an I compare that machine to a Gold Star Scrambler in power delivery and handing.
