Trailered my '59 Indian Chief to show off at the Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, NY yesterday. I had a car load of vintage tools to sell. Made about enough to pay for half the gas to drive down and back! But it was a great event with hundreds of old and new bikes being ridden in, a good swap meet and lots of friends and new people to talk to.
A guy down the row had this little beauty for sale - a Scwinn Panther with a two cylinder engine (sorry - I forgot the make) - I love the gas tank which has gas on the right and a glove/tool box on the left. Yep that price tag says $6000!

These are not great photos but maybe they'll show the amount of bikes ridden in. There are three main areas - the front of the museum, the first row along the swap meet side, and a third diagonal row behind that. These photos were taken in the morning - by afternoon therewere many more bikes parked along the rows.
Thanks to Bob Harris for working with the museum to organize this event.
