They appear to be cush drive rubbers for the rear wheel of 125 Hondas. The technique could possibly be modified to produce Norton cush drive clutch rubbers.
Actually shows a refurbished hub in the bottom left of the picture above. Didn't notice that before.

I like the ingenuity, recycling, and work ethic. I wish the YouTube publishers wouldn't fake the "World's Fastest Workers" part of it by speeding up the video, though!
So you're getting a part with thousands of miles on it before its ever installed If they could figure out a way to mage foot peg rubbers out of them it might be a damn bit more durable than the India made ones available now.
