After talking with the seller IMHO, this was a steal.
Tried to buy it, but they weren't interested in long distance deals. DANG !

If you really want it then do as I have done in the past under similar circumstances-----fly to Tampa, rent a van, go to the seller cash in hand, do the deal, load the bike in the van and drive home.
I have bought bikes in Nashville and Milwaukee and done as above (with my home in northern NJ).
Also in UK but no van that time!
Go for it, Little Doobie!

Tridentman, I really wanted it and was ready to forward the money; but being self employed and loaded with work, it's tough to get away on a moment's notice.
Besides,it's tough to compete with someone who's already on their way to look at the bike.

To make it more painful, the seller advised the numbers match, the motor was rebuilt, new starter.... at that price, only a fool wouldn't suck it up
I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up on eBay in a few days at twice the price.
