I did not know Tony Jefferies personally, but back in the 1960s I bought many of my spare parts by mail from his Dad's business, Alan Jefferies Triumph of Shipley, Yorkshire.. They were always friendly, prompt of service, and actually had the parts, which I had in my hands within two weeks.

That's more than I can say for my area dealers who couldn't get them from Baltimore, as they were always 'back-ordered" for MONTHS at a time.

Rest In Peace, Tony. You go to join your Dad.

If there's a race track in Heaven, someday we'll all see you there.
