Vincent that supposes a 'performance' history, at least the genuine speed history of this bike with its well respected constructor is well known about.
Unless you are man enough to ride it where its intended to be, or a very wealthy collector needing an ego massage, I cannot see that price being attained. I mean who would spend that money for a very short, allbeit possibly exciting, fast ride.
Trouble is, even at those amazing speeds, Alp does not make those speeds look exciting, more a Sunday bimble.
