Recently bought a 53 triumph with a t110 engine. Was told it was raced at bonneville. Has 9214 650mvg on side plates. Sorry don’t know how to load pictures. Hoping someone might be able to tell me what the letters mean. Can email photos.

Thats correct, MVG is Modified Vintage Gas and the current records in the class:

SCTA Records:
Bonneville - Indian, 8/98, 127.835mph
El Mirage - 5/18, 117.869mph

BUB Motorcycle Trials:
AMA - Triumph, 2013, 127.092mph

Would be cool to find out any history on the bike, speeds it has achieved, etc.
