Does anyone know if the speedo cable lengths of the standard mounted speedo and the nacelle mounted speedo are different lengths? And what the length of the nacelle one should be?

It can't be too much different but maybe a few inches longer?

Thanks, guys

Mine measures about 42 inches and has the early divers helmet nacelle on a 56 A10

This was measured installed so could be off a bit

*** SALTY""
was the 42 inches you said an OVERALL length including ends of inner cable

OR was it the overall length of JUST the outer between the ends of the crimped on fittings ?

cheers

That 42 inch rough measure was just the black outer between the end ferrules/fittings
I don’t have a cable off a bike to measure

For what it’s worth my 1954 B33 in a swing arm frame without nacelle has a black outer cable length of about 44 inches
Speedo mounts centre of top triple tree in front of steering damper knob

Check out Draganflys website there’s some good info there that might help
