Are the main bearings roller on both sides or ball bearings? These are the 1 an 3 eights size. C-2 or C-3 sizing?

(I would not swear this applies to every model for every year though ?)
(Certainly some/most/all years of singles were ball bearings.?)

What do the suppliers offer ?
Their price on bearings is often considerably better than a mere mortal can do (You'd hope !).
What is in it at present ?
