I am in need of some OEM handlebars in excellent condition for a 1969 BSA 441 Victor. Alternatively I could use new handlebars as long as they match the OEM handlebars and are good quality. What is the best source for replacements?

I would contact Peter Quick at BSA Unit Singles, British Cycle Supply, Klemp's, Baxter Cycle, and CBS just to name a few, all of whom are forum sponsors. You could also post a want-ad on the Garage Sale Buy - Sell forum as well as scour eBay.

I seriously doubt that the OEM company is still bending bars.
Mike Riley down here had NOS ones a while back that came from the Sandy Bandit .
Drop him a line.
He has a lot more parts than he lists on the web pages .
And make sure you know whick particular set you want, there was more than one .
