Hi Folks - can someone post pictures of how the exhaust is mounted to the frame in a pre-OIF BSA A65 Lightning? I need a closeup of the tabs and how they connect to the exhaust along with pictures of how the mufflers are mounted to the frame. Thanks so much!

The tabs on the down pipes should bolt directly against the tabs off the frame.

The silencers have hangers which mount off the rear footrest studs.

(Sorry I don’t have any photos)

Thanks! Do the exhaust tabs go on top or underneath the frame tabs - I would think on top, but want to make sure.

I seen both ways, it’s which ever fits best depending on who made the down pipes etc etc.

Washer(s) between the tabs will also sometimes be needed.
