And that's got to be an Electraglide clutch basket...
Plus early Harley wireing harness.

How is everyone missing the jet turbine under the boards? See the exhaust pointing out the far end? That would go nicely in a featherbed frame, with car tires and a Briggs And Stratton (BAS) gas tank...
