Fellows,

I've been selling stuff on e-bay for years now, besides cross-posting the stuff here with "make a fair offer" proviso to dispense with e-bay & paypal fees.

Well, I think I'm done with onsie-twosies and would like to sell ALL of my remaining Britbike bits all in one go.

I've done PLENTY of research over the years, kept up with going rates for various bits & bobs, and this is the deal:

Possibly $10,000 value if I took a few more years on e-bay, putting up with all the nonsense.

Half that = $5,000.

For BritBike.com members, $3,500 plus shipping, (4-5 large totes @ +/- $50 each, or come and get it)

Take it all.

If you come get this stuff, you can probably take home other stuff (special tools, etc) cheap or free; I'm trying to pare down for serious retirement. You can take your time, eyeball the stuff and make me an offer. I'd be a real heel if I turned down a reasonable offer face-to-face.

Also, you're welcome to stay a couple of nights, eat some good BBQ and/or fish, ride the Texas hill country on one of my bikes, relax by a campfire at the ranch, whatever. Sleep in my RV at the ranch, or in our guest room at the house. Bring the spouse or a friend (or not, whatever).

It's either a very bad thing or a very good thing that I'm as far away from Texas as you can get.

Just did something similar. Yamaha XS650. I’m the kind of guy that if something has “some” life left in it I can’t make myself throw it away. So I sold it ALL off as a lot. You had to take the turds with the jewels. You don’t make as much money out of a sale like that but I didn’t have to deal with multiple buyers either.....and it’s all gone......all 2500 lbs + of it.

My small Honda’s will be a different deal......not nearly as much stuff and I’m going to try to piece it out.

Finally have some breathing room though so I’m making progress.

Good luck GP.......you should be able to find a home for that stuff.

Gordon.

Couple of polished engine covers...

Going through these old photos of my inventory from not too long ago, I remember the TRAILER LOAD of useable OEM stuff that ended up going to the scrap yard because I simply couldn't take it all with me...

Anyway, COME AND GET IT!

Paul,

Does that BSA primary cover have the drain bolt along the bottom?
