I have this Dunlop K70 4.00 x 18 tire that has been laying around my garage for 7 or 8 years. It was on a bike I bought which had been sitting in a hoarder/collector's building for at least 25 years. This tire was molded in Great Britain. If it is not unused, it has had very little use.The bike had a sump full of fresh oil and new pistons. I think somebody did some work, couldn't get it to run, then sold it to the hoarder. I can find no cracking on this tire. This would be the cat's meow for your 100 point trailer queen! I can't/wont ship this thing but I will be going to a couple of events this year and can drag it along. Or you can come and fetch it. Free to a good home. Or it's off to the shredder for it!

Too bad you won't ship it. I have a use for it, but I'm in Oregon.

Oh, and it's trailer king, not trailer queen. And it's almost impossible to get 100 point judging...I'm a judge.

I hadn't gotten around to getting rid of this tire yet. I tossed it in the trailer at the last minute and I sold it for $20 at the swap meet in Cincinnati! A vendor had quite a few old, used tires for sale. I would never put this tire or any other old tire on any motorcycle I was going to ride on a road. Unless it's for static display, I don't get it.

You can probably rest assured that 99.5% of people looking for a tire like yours are using it for restoration and show purposes only.

Richard,

This thread was initially started in April 2021 and when Wade posted to it was from April 2021. I don't think you will see him there laughing
