So .... I need to repaint the alloy tank on my finished '69 B44VS,..... don't ask, well OK since you did ... it was feekin' PERFECT so just a quick lick of clear coat on the paint / transfers and ...... It looked like an orange with smallpox.. seems I had forgotten to drain the water out of the air to my spray gun for "an extra special long time", and was spraying as much water as clearcoat.... hey ho.

I got to thinking it would make life easier if I didn't have to mask the Monza cap, but how do you get the buggers off??
