Has anyone got a pic of the proper fuel hose routing for an Oil in Frame Bonneville? I can't find anything definitive. I've got to make a new set of hoses and have not got a good photo reference. (Even better if someone also has hose length specs for me too.)

Good link I do believe that the fuel lines route to the inside of the carbs. 90 0r 60 degree fittings at the tank, fuel line inside the carbs to 50 degree fittings at the bowls.

Why are fuel hose lengths impossible to find? I need to know how long to make my hoses. Seems like this should be documented somewhere...

Just cut three sections to the lengths required. That might lead some rivet counter to measure and take off points at a show.  Never mind that the line you use might be herringbone, marleybone, chicken bone, or whatever bone Triumph had on hand the day your bike was built.

Just cut three sections to the lengths required. Well the idea was to have the fuel lines built and ready before installing the carbs and tank. But I ended up doing just that today since I couldn’t get anyone to cough up a measurement.

Just cut three sections to the lengths required. Well the idea was to have the fuel lines built and ready before installing the carbs and tank. But I ended up doing just that today since I couldn’t get anyone to cough up a measurement. That’s best way of doing it. If you use crimp type ferules you can get them all in place. Remove the fittings from carbs and tank and then crimp them or have some one with hydraulic pipe making tools to crimp them for you.

So I’ll stick with that. (Mine is made already)But there would be no need for inline filters, the petcocks and carb banjos have filter screens. Plus my tank is extremely clean.

Maybe... but probably not also. Yes... I have the proper hose/ferrules/crimper... I think you would have wanted to put the length from the tank to the rear ward mounted spigot, and the link pipe would be virtually a straight and shorter piece.
If you already have the right banjos and the tool then it’s a no brainier, I’ve made serveral over my time. The ones from Tricor look that bit better than what can be produced at home.
If you don’t have the tool or banjos, or you want to add a bit more to the level of detail from your build then I think the Tricor one is the way to go.
