Spider is getting cabin fever, having been locked up with the missus since February. So instead of murdering the missus he's decide to vent his frustration by means of a cartoon. The strain is not so bad today because typical Brit summer weather has come back (pouring rain and freezing cold wind!) so the temptation to leap on the bike and vanish into the countryside is not so bad!

Tsk Tsk Grandad, poor attention to detail. That's the wrong tank for the year on that Triumph!

No problem if it's a '57 Speed Twin, as the color indicates.

Hey Irish, you missed the big mistake in the cartoon. Nobody has mentioned the fact that the bike is standing without any means of support – no side-stand or centre-stand. Any minute now there will be a horrible crash as it falls over, doing untold damage!!
I forgot to draw in the side-stand ! However, that machine is my lad Graham’s and it hasn’t had a centre-stand for years because we removed it due to it being knackered. It’s lying on the floor in my garage!!

It's a cartoon.

Cartoons rarely "fall over."

Well we hope not anyway!

I'm gonna go ahead and say I like the cartoon even tho the bike may be anatomically incorrect or incomplete.

Yet another *Amusing* memory of Grandad on the lash, we were at the John Bull in Belgium, and had been filling him up with some Foreign Quaffing juice, tasted like Cider if memory serves..? Anyway, Grandad had I think....3 half pints of this stuff. And I'd made an amusing quip about something or other, next thing I know Grandad is inviting me to 'Step outside'.... laughing laughing

Though Graham was going to pee himself, I know I did... laughing

See that's the trouble with these Hairy arsed Biker types, they just can't take their beer.... laughing
