I am looking for a T120 4-gallon UK/General Export tank. NOS or in very, very good condition. Beautiful restoration for it to go on. Anyone know where I can find one? I've scoured all of my reputable sources and Ebay.

Which year, there are 3 basic periods, 63 to 65, Harmonica badges plus parcel rack, 66 to 68 eyebrow badges (but 69/70 badge will fit) plus rack, 69 to 70 last badge (or eyebrow as they fit) minus rack. Harmonica badges will not fit later than a 65 and vica versa. Rack was there in 67, not sure exactly when it was dropped so the change could have been end 67 or in 68.

Also, the OIF 'T120 4 (Imperial) gallon UK/General export tank'.

That must be one of the earliest Breadboxes as it has no chromed badges. Just wondering if holes for the later tie straps?

Forgot about the OIF, at least on that one there are also the BSA versions just to confuse even more.

1968 T120 UK/Gen Export 4-gallon. The tank will have a slight line on it above the emblems. Sorry I forgot to mention the year earlier....

Obviously this is a '65, 6T I think. Didn't know they were available as late as '68. I say that cause I had a '65 repaint Tbird and it had this tank. Sold this about a year ago minus the gingerbread on ebay and didn't get that much for, I think about $120.

One was recently listed on UK eBay 1968 in original very worn paint but in fair condition. It's the first I have seen in 10 years of looking to have original paint and not had the front mounts destroyed by muppets with brazing torches. Finding one with the original front mounts un molested will be the hardest part of your search. You will not find a good one easy or cheap.

They were fitted 66-70 on UK and general export bikes. All these tanks will fit and allow the correct badges to be used but the 69 and 70 tanks have no provision for a rack. Pre 66 tanks will fit but the badge hole spacing is different and the correct badges will not fit.
