Well I might as well tell everyone here about our friend Marshall. I started a thread already also. He owe's me $900. He over charged my credit card. I got the better business buruea involved. How he stole from me as well as others is beyond me.

He even tells me not to bad mouth him on this forum. Right you F### me(as well as others) tell me BS and complain customers do not treat you right.

So Marshall there is an old Corsican proverb " I have the rest of your life for revenge even after I die"

Pay me back Marshall that is all you have to do.

Corsican, How did you pay him? Visa took the money right out of his account for his theft from me. Ken

It's Friday, and we just shipped 45 orders, so I guess everyone doesn't hate us. To the gentleman in Maryland, we spoke on the phone, yes, your order was handled badly, your refund is being processed. To the gentleman in New Jersey, please get it straight, we refunded you as soon as you asked. You certaintly are diffent on the telephone, actually a reasonable person, but love to call names when behind a keyboard. I'll bet you were cute in grade school. Again, to those regular customers, we will be glad to help you in any way we can, to the name callers, the previous admonition still holds.

Marshall
who really could care less about those who don't know us but love to rant.

Marshal, You did refund the unauthorized $198 fairly quickly, Thank You! But what I was talking about was the $ 189 for the parts I never received. Thats the charge that VISA said they took from your account because you never did refund it. I dont care , its not on my account anymore. I guess they want to do business with you more than I do. I made an order from that shop in October of '06, spent a little over $200, over a month later, nothing. I call once, "Yeah, our lady who prints the manuals has the flu." Waited another month, called up, then got a few of the parts. Called again, nothing. Called again and got a few more. Each time I called they promised to get the parts to me right away, and even listed off the parts they hadn't sent. Can't blame it on ignorance. If it's not in stock, I can understand, but this is just ridiculous.

I'm still waiting on my sidestand and workshop Manual from an order placed almost six months ago. Invoice #23482a, placed on 10/11/06, shipped to WI. I figure maybe this will work, since calling repeatedly doesn't.

Well, this is going to come off as being a butt head...so be it.

I don't care WHO you are dealing with as a parts supplier. If you have NOTHING from your order in 30 days, but your credit card has been charged...it is time to reverse the charges! The suppliers I deal with don't charge until time of shipment. If you paid by check/money order via the mail, you go to the post office and fill out a form. If you used PayPal, you file a complaint with them. DON'T let it go past 30 days!

I have dealt with suppliers in the UK, Canade, and the US. I have had parts shipped past 30 days time period, but my card didn't get dinged until the shipment. I also had good communications during the wait.

In only 1 case did it get testy...I was mad, he was frustrated. It wasn't Marshall, but another supplier who get's rave reviews. It took me a long time to do any business with them. And now I do not let them keep parts on back order, it is just less hassle for both of us.

Marshall, yes I have dealt with him. In one case we had a very slow ship situation. I did what I had to do to protect myself...he did the right thing and made it work. BTW, if he still has repro 6 tab BSA fenders in stock, the repro's he sells are quite nice.

Adding to the list of folks that got "misinformed" about order status & such, for over 2 months. I called every week to be advised that my order did get shipped... I did finally receive my stuff, and I did inform them that was the LAST order from me that they would ever receive.

I also did have some pricing discrepancies. Unfortunately, I helped fund that type of behavior.

i used him for parts 2 times, he would not ship and when i e-mailed him, he`d just jack me around.so after waiting 3 weeks which is reasonable time. anywhere in the u.s.i gave him a feed back that he was slow and a sory teller. but iwasn`t that upset. he turned around and gave me a feed back. "customer called too much, 2 times. otherwise hard to do business with , won`t do business with him again. When i turn off a vendor. from any purchase, be it one reason or another. i order from a better one, and they never have to worry about selling, or hearing from me on anything again.

the sad part is iwon`t order from anyone in the chicago area, because of these people.bad business relations, hurts everyone.

I will get behind you on British Only, Rabers, Fair Spares America and will add Frank Diehl at Classic Cycle Works to the list.

Marshall Hagy took my money and would not ship my parts for quite a long time till I raised a stink about it through EBAY.

Screw me once it's your fault, screw me Twice and it's mine. No more purchases from chicago.

If you have some time do a search on ebay and see how many different user names he has had.

Jus a question to people on this forum. Has any one filed a complaint with the Illinois Atty General? Doesnt it only take 3 people to file a class action suit? If one bills on a credit card but doesnt ship isnt this some type of mail or wire fraud?

I guess Marshall has gone out of business??? Phone does not work, web site is gone. I am currently filling out a Illinois Attorney General complaint form. I ordered a set of 'S' mufflers in Aug 06 and still do not have them. They agreed to send me other stuff but have not done so. They owe me about $300 at this point and the Master card says they cannot do anything, so Attorney General here it comes.

even satan has disciples, this guy was an a**hole before the internet. he would be at the meets 20 years ago and he was rude, obnoxious and difficult to deal with. i dealt with him once on ebay after forgetting about him for the better part of 20 years. i didnt know it was the same guy. i bought a set rings on ebay. i get email telling me that pay pal account is down and to call and arrange payment. i call and it all comes back to me who this is. i sent payment certified mail and money order. one month goes by no rings. i call and he answers and says to call back after noon becuase he is not open yet. real customer service. i call back he starts to tell me i am making a big deal out of a set of $8.00 rings. i noticed that he didnt offer to ship them before they were paid for. after repeated calls i got my rings, but never again have i ever bid or bought anything from chicago. this guy should be avoided at all cost, both on the internet and any meet.
