JABSA at Manx Grand Prix 2014

BSA B33 bottom end, Jawa DOHC 4 valve head and barrel. Bore & stroke 90.5 X 88 (566cc). Twin Leading Shoe front brake conversion, silencer and fork brace added recently.

BSA B31 lightened flywheels.
GM Speedway 163mm conrod
Needle roller big end bearing
Bolted up timing side mainshaft
90.5mm piston.
Jawa 895 aluminium barrel
Jawa 895 DOHC 4V head
35/30mm valves. 2 off each
40mm Delorto pump jet carb
Bore/Stroke 90.5 X 88
Displacement 566cc
Comp ratio 10.5 to 1 but variable
Pazon electronic/Total loss battery ignition system
Possibly 94mm piston in future.
Possibly modified M20 94mm crank in future. 94 X 94 = 652cc
Engine HP/rpm Who knows? 50+/7500 or more ?
Torque The more the merrier!

New engine now fitted, running sweet and it pulls like a train.
566 cc prototype engine replaced with upgraded 652 cc engine.
Lightened M20 94 mm stroke flywheels and Ducati 916 94 mm piston.
Can't wait to be able to open it up to its full potential and get it on a dyno.
I think its probably making about 55 BHP now, maybe more.
