Not completely finished, but I was not happy with the "stock" pipes. Welds are rough I know.....ran out of Gas for the mig and no one if open on Saturday or Sunday for a refill.

SWEET! It'd take some real work to get to those staggered shotguns to scrape :bigt:

They are still gonna be staggered but I am going to shorten bottom pipe up a little.

Yeah...if those pipes scrape, I'm in trouble.

"Yeah...if those pipes scrape, I'm in trouble"...Or taking a little siesta, LMAO!

Really impressed with this chop, MAV, you've done some cool personalizations to it. Once you shorten the bottom pipe, clean up the welds & get 'em bracketed, you should be ready to rock.

How do you like that Accel (#140403S, right?) Running the same one on mine & really dig it! Had another Accel w/dual towers, but they were the push-in type (friction fit) for the plug wires, which always had me checking to make sure the plug wires hadn't come loose. The Accel you're running has the positive snap connections, which are much better.

35 years on, I'm still carrying a nice oval scar on my left calf from a 1967 T100C which someone removed the exhaust heat shields from. Althought I salute your highly inventive design, seeing your pipes made me wince in pain once again!
