Okay I have a Chopped up rolling piece of frustration. I wanted to add a new morgo oil pump to my bike. (frame 69ish, motor and front end is a 73) So I start to take take off the timing cover according to the "Triumph, the third edition" manual. Only no where in there can I find any reference to a timing cover that has the built in, reverse drive, magneto. So I start looking on line for it and I can't find a thing. How do you take this thing off and how do you put it back on? Does any body know the part number of the timing timing cover or pully plate cover? I spent the majority of my day looking for this so any leads would be much appreciated.

I take it you have a mag coming out of the timing cover where the points usually reside? Explain more and note brand of mag.

side note--> this is not "stock" Triumph part. So you won't find it in manual. wink
