Scary, beautifully shot AND it features a Norton!

It's been posted here before, but worth revisiting. Gets me every time.

Lannis - warning: it's about 9 minutes long...

Cheers,

Steve

YEAH! clap

I love this video. Malcolm was so mellow to hang out with... what a chill guy. Now- I didn't know him super well or hang out with him a whole lot... but did see him at his home, near my folks' place outside of Houston a couple times, in addition to being around him at Mid Ohio twice. To see these videos of his, you'd think he was a complete rogue... guess he probably was!

COOL, Kev! bigt

and in that vein, here is a Pennsylvania hill climb event filmed in 1963! Freemansburg, PA Hill Climb, which still goes on to this day- about 65 or 70 miles east of here.

ha, probably a lot less risky than running thru any town or suburb-
or running fast past the exit from any church or soccer field!

grin

Shouldn't be doing that either, and for the same reason ... I know YOU know how to ride through a town, because I've ridden behind you a lot, and I know that most all my riding partners here do too ...

... but some people, the speed they ride through intersections and past parked cars freaks me out. I'm always assuming that someone is going to run a light, or open a car door, or hang a left right in front of me, and select my speed accordingly. At the speed some of these guys ride in town, they'd be dead or badly hurt, and I'd be stopped behind them wondering how to help them ....

Lannis
