Brian,
Brilliant job on the Tiger resurrection, as I've said before, in my eyes the Triumph engine is a beauty!
It always amazes me what a little patience and perseverance can achieve!
One day soon ........... one day soon ...............

Did you see the twin carb, alloy barrelled 3T engine that came to light in the USA recently? It's in one of the threads on here, I'll try and find a link
cheers
Steve

Greetings one and all from a very hot and humid W.A. - Australia.
Sadly, I have to announce the demise of the 'double trouble' project, it was 'Funstrating' whilst it lasted but a change in personal circumstances has necessitated ............... argh ......... some tough decisions.
The younger of the 2 bikes left the workshop this evening on its way to a new home where a complete and running 1954 T100 engine awaits it. She's in good hands. Thats something at least.
Ah well .............
til next time
Steve

At least you found it a good home. So, do you still plan to carry on with the '51 then?

GP ....... you dont know the half of it!!

Its been an eventful two years and I've had to say goodbye to a few Triumphs I'd been collecting.

Normal service nearly resumed!!

I know this is late to get into the conversation but I would like to see your pictures. I have a 1952 frame and parts to put together.

Hi Glenn,

With the demise of free web Hosting on photobucket and a hard disc crash I no longer have most of the photos that were included in this thread.
If you'd like to email me at stevedphillips@hotmail.com I will gladly send you photos that i do have.

regards
Steve
