was wondering does anybody make after market crank cases that you could stamp your # in to replace a damaged case?

Not currently but there are NOS cases around with no stamps left over from the Factory, you would need to contact someone like Baxters who have old dealer stocks. Depends on the damage but a good alloy welder can repair cases to be re-machined.

There is a set for '69 on eBay though there is some minor damage that is repairable. What year do you need? I a few unstamped cases for earlier models.

I advise great care in re-stamping. If you do not have the correct stamps the value of the matching numbers will be lost. Off the shelf stamps stick out like a sore thumb.

You may be better off just sourcing used cases with the correct year.

Depends what bike it's for.
You can get brand new Gold Star cases which are virtually interchangable with B31/B33

Umm, don't think so. Different drive side mainshaft and bearings.

It's for a 70 Lightning I saw the cases on eBay and the description said they were used I sent a message to the seller and asked if he knew the history of them and if they were really used but haven't got a return

Those cases have 5/16" studs but they looks NOS to me, but rough & way over priced. PM me if you want. I have some insight on the seller.

That's why I said virtually interchangable. It's not massively difficult
