Folks,
I'm looking for a set of standard A65 cylinder barrels for my '68 Lightning. Any thoughts apart from eBay? I've had a good search round the Internet and apart from the SRM big bore kits I don't seem to be able to track anything down. Any help gratefully received.
Cheers,

Nick

50 year old barrels in decent condition are obviously getting thin on the ground. The SRM kit is probably the best option

I'd try Draganfly or Kursaal Classics. I got some really good A50 barrels from the latter. Shipping cylinder blocks by airmail from the US requires a mortgage.:)

These cylinders are ready for use.. the left one measure 76.52mm,the other 76.03, both are honed and the left one is also strengthened a little at the rear where they sometimes crack. The right one has the smaller two rear threads for the cyl. head.
I have also one that measures 75.55mm with 10.2-1 BSA lo ex pistons and one set 76mm Hepolite 10.5-1 pistons.. cyl./ pistons are used but in very good condition. Also a couple that needs rebore.
