Hello all, It has been a long time since I have posted anything. The good news is that my A65L hasn't needed a thing, no issues. (probably shouldn't a said that....)

I have started another project though, I just came into a B44 Victor Special, I think a 1969 model. When I looked up the numbers though I had a question. My # starts out with "BC", and ends with "B44VS". The other BSA's I've had started with the model and ended with the #. It this odd?

BC11523 B44VS

BC = Feb. 1969. I believe BSA changed the number format on other 'later' models. Here's a Starfire with the same format. http://www.eBay.com/itm/1969-BSA-B25S-/302408107113?hash=item4668ed8469:g:pv8AAOSwa2lZiNsw&vxp=mtr But here's a B50 with the model at the beginning. http://www.eBay.com/itm/1972-BSA-/152649149113?hash=item238a992ab9:g:CZAAAOSwAr9Zg2Ey&vxp=mtr and Lightning with normal format http://www.eBay.com/itm/1969-BSA-/253075597506?hash=item3aec7b28c2:g:2l0AAOSwYXVY0BaV&vxp=mtr

For 69 they started using a Date code which is the BC, I have a BC VS and an SS. So a 69 model year built in Feb 69.
