I have a 1962 Sar Twin. The frame is stamped A50. It has 18 inch wheels front and rear. I need for the front wheel stainless polished spokes. I cant seem to find them. They are straight pull 5 and 1/4 inches long. Any suggestions? Klempf"s has been looking without success. Any inquires I have made say 19" inch rim. Mine is 18.

I second Buchanan's, they make all their spokes on site so they can make just about anything you need. They're not cheap but everything I've even gotten from them has been top notch(correct bends, no trimming, etc.).

C15 spokes are straight and just under 5.5" long, that is 6" hubs with 17" rims.

But, what is the WIRE GAUGE SIZE of C15 spokes? Would they be strong enough?

10G as are the B40/B44 slightly longer ones for the same hub in a 18 rim, 10G is used in the QD hubs and the singled sided brakes 7 and 8 inch, but when going stainless I go 9G anyway to compensate for the change.

Any decent wheel builder will make spokes to suit. They always buy blanks, cut to length and roll the threads on them.
I prefer to use butted spokes, it puts more strength where they are most likely to break
