Hi Morgan and Steve: My problem is a bit different than Kurts'. My paypal paid the bill on June 19th. On June 21st I received another bill. I have the paypal and credit card statements showing that the bill was paid on the 19th of June, but my membership was still downgraded. I have sent personal messages to show my case, but have not received a reply. Thanks for any help you can give me. Frank Coleman
a sort of bug appeared here. You had one of the earlier recurring premium members accounts. Then you paid and activated using the newer non recurring membership. in June the recurring account tried to renew automatically but failed and it retried several times over a couple weeks. Eventually it stopped to try and reset your account to "EOT" End Of Term and changed status of your account to Basic level.
Your new account was still active however the status had been reset so there is the sort of bug.
Now I have manually reactivated your premium account and it expires July 17 2018. So you get a full year.

Morgan And Steve: thanks for looking into this. I'm back to the upgraded status. Morgan, I had to get a different credit card number. Paypal had the new number, but I now think you needed the new one also. So that was the start of this, I believe. You are welcome to look in my PM to see some of what was sent. Frank Coleman
