looks great mule, sanding is such a good zen exercise...bonus is you can rob banks and leave no prints.

leading link forks...what outfit are they going on..etc?

there is a dirt track racing A65 outfit, red, in Eureka Ca that is squirreled away in the Black Lightning Cafe classic bike collection, it has leading link forks...dunno anything more about it, I will have to find out and post some pictures of it..
keep at it, looking great.

I made the forks on mine, when it had the Triumph telescopics, they would bend on left hand corners to th point of leaving rubber marks on the fork tubes...

A month has passed, I have made front mudguard stays thet will not fracture from vibration, refurbished front brake plate with nice alloy airscoop, got stainless washers etc. for the body mounts and have those "dry installed", modified and installed a Commando tacho holder to fit my steering head arrangement, taking my new stronger better looking upper sidecar mounts to welder this weekend, made a half-inch thick spacer for under the springs of my Girlings to adjust ride height (successful mod),
Still looking for 1970 3- screw nave place for front hub.
One small thing at a time, slow progress every day will eventually make it finished.

What winter projects are other sidecarrists doing?

Even worse was having had a friend follow me through some twisty bends, then telling me how the rear wheel tilts and bends on hard left turns. (RH sidecar)
I changed to 8 gage spokes after that.

When you build a sidecar combination you need to think in terms of sportscar-like stresses... G forces...

Photos coming, got a modern friend to take some pictures for me, and she put them on dropbox. Within a month or so I may have figured out how to put them here! Pretty exciting for a superannuated rustic like myself!
