Just going thru my photos lately, on my phone & elsewhere. Still haven't uploaded all- still got our Maine trip to get onto a Hosting site, but here's a quick round up of random pix from 2015.

Rich,
The high point of the BRP is south of Asheville NC. Somewhere.

Anyone got any pic compilations from 2015 to show us?

Ok, I'll play.

Great pictures by the way Ricochetrider and great idea!

These aren't in the same class as yours but after reviewing my pictures from last year I see that there were some bright spots during the year.

Those are some mighty good pictures. I love seeing old Vincents on the road like that. And tell your daughter to be sure to register her eyes and smile as Deadly Weapons when it comes to guys ... they won't have a chance ..... !

I stopped believing for a little while this morning. Journey is really going to be upset.

Thanks for the kind words Lannis.

Vincents are always a treat to be around on a ride. They sound great and like you say, it is nice to see these bikes being ridden instead of trailered to shows. The Vincents on this ride were ridden two up and they were mostly in front of or passing me so I got to hear that lovely sound a lot.

All people in these pics have and ride britbikes. Unfortunatley not on this trip.

this is a poster I saw hanging in a gas stop somewhere in Colorado

this lady and her husband came over from Switzerland to ride with us,

these are in no particular order, this is somewhere in Utah. I think.

sundown on the eastern plains of Colorado

Some of you know Paul from the tsmr, that's him stuck in front of the sign, the others had to go push him back up on the road.

kinda reminds me of Dave Carter

some from Moab Utah,

We worked our way around Utah back to Dinosaur National monument on the UT /Co boarder with was interesting if you care about that stuff. Leaving there we were caught by a storm and took shelter in a truck stop just as the worst straight line winds I have ever seen hit. Almost tearing the doors off the building and blowing rain into the build thru every crack. Don'tknow what would have happened if we had been onthe road.

Very enjoyable photos, some places we have been others not, one day?

A couple of observations - Tom's pic - Highest point on the Blue Ridge Parkway I have seen pictured before (Semper Gumby I think) and to quote wikipedia "The highest point on the parkway (south of Waynesville, near Mount Pisgah in North Carolina) is 6053 feet or 1845 m above sea level (AMSL) on Richland Balsam Mountain at Milepost 431,"

Richards photos of Utah, Monument Valley and Mesa Verde brought back happy memories of travelling through there with our guide and mentor the No name Man smile
ecause of this I did not venture too far into Mese Verde

Blessed are the curious for they shall have adventures

It's not the destination, it's the journey.

Bryan
