Exercise is dangerous, just do enough so you can kickstart a bike and nothing more. Just read the interviews of retired athletes, they are worn out at 35 and live with dodgy joints and related issues for the rest of their lives.
Good advice K on exercise though I mountain bike 90km/week it is at a somewhat slow pace and as for this Vincent project finding either a photo of a trailer Vincent or it being on your trailer is something that will keep you alive. He did take it apart in the 70's after all. S
