Has anyone used these folks recently? Two months ago I sent them the stuff so I could get a title and I haven't heard anything. I have called and left messages on both of the numbers listed, sent faxes and still no response. What gives? Does anyone have another way to contact them? Any help would be appreciated.
I just got off the phone with the folks at ITS and they say that, due to circumstances beyond their control, Titles for old motorbikes are taking up to 90 days to process. Apparently Homeland Security has something to do with it.They understand that the service used to take 7 to 10 days,Now it is 2 to 3 months. Have patience .It is still the best deal around. My 2 cents, John G.

Thanks for the update. I was ready to pull the plug on ITS and try someone else. I guess I'll cool my jets and wait awhile. I sure wish I could talk to a real person though. I can't say much for their "customer service".

When you guy did your paperwork for ITS, did you already have a bill of sale or did you just use theirs? I was going to use them also, but I already have bill of sale. Like drp, I'm not able to get through to anyone there to even ask the question about the BOS. What did the return paperwork consist of?? Just curious...

I also have used ITS for a total of 4 machines now. All 1969 or older. Most recently, June 2005, the two sets of paperwork did take around 2 mos. to complete. I called a lot and left a lot of messages as well and got nothing.
One day I called and the guy picked up finally. I talked with him... he said should be wrapped up next week, and sure enough, it was in my hands the following week.
They are legit, just have to be patient with 'em as they do seem to be taking a bit longer these days.
