Assuming unit construction, I know the OIF is 5/16 for the feed and 3/8 for the return......I would expect the dry frames to be the same....those are for the main supply and return lines, the breather hoses and rocker box feed may be slightly different....

maybe thats why i was confused, i was thinking one or the other, 5/16 or 3/8, not needing both sizes. i just remember on my first triumph years ago i had put one that was just a little to big on first and it did not seal tight with the hose clamp and leaked. to much rubber bunched up. i want to avoid buying the wrong size this time around. and im planning on braided line this time so the cost will be higher...lol there is not much difference between the two sizes, they should of made them the same...lol
My 1971 T120 uses 5/16" hose for both feed and return. I don't think the 3/8" hose appeared until the 750's when Triumph moved the oil feed to the absolute bottom of the frame and incorporated the pickup into the sump cover. For the rocker feed on an OIF 650, I last used VW diesel injector return hose from the local auto parts store. I think it's 3.5mm.
