Here are a couple of pictures of the beast. The one I remember seeing new on the dealers floor in'58 was Yellow and I'm pretty sure had a 21" front wheel.I think before all is said and done that's the way it will end up. And as normal it did not come with any paperwork/title so another little project to attend to.

Handsome looking cycle.
Don't get too set on yellow, in the catalog it would seem it was the Lance that was yellow. ? Your bike looks very correct.
Depending on year of course...

Well guys all I can say is at the dealer here in Phoenix in'58 I remember the Hounds Arrow sitting next to a Lance and both were Yellow. Seems like the rest of the line were also Yellow but my eyes at 14 years old were stuck on the H/A. The Yellow paint and high pipe really drew my eye to it. Could they have been left over 57s? Interesting that they spec 19" wheels and steel fenders as I would have sworn it had aluminum fenders and a 21" front wheel, that may have been the Woodsman though. Had a Woodsman back in the 70s,sweet bike, liked it much better than the Ariel HS I had at the same time.
Rohan: Thanks for that link !
