Sorry I missed this years show. Looks like it was a good one. Thanks for coming over for Gerry's birthday do yesterday Tom. That was such a great gathering. You and Miss C were a hoot as usual. When Bucky and the girls showed up in "royal wedding" attire , that was hysterical ! We finally got out of there around 8:30 . Gerry was trying to keep me awake by the time we were hitting the Holland tunnel at 12:something AM ... The Late night before really did me in . ( I think I might be getting old)

"Overload" was the word that came to my mind when I finally got to look at all the pictures. "Neat Old Bike Overload".

Must ... not ... lust ... must ... not ... buy ....

right! will power was my game. only thing that beats it is Mid Ohio's VMD, in my limited experience... well Barber wasn't too shabby either, tho... both are different deals however than this.

Wow! Thanks for the pictures Tom. I had a faint hope of making it over this year but too much stuff to do at home. It is only about an hour ride and I have made it a couple times in the past but my kids like to go so I have to go by cage.

Looks like an extra good show this year but I have always gone on Saturday so maybe that is the difference.

Thanks for taking the time to post all that Tom, some great pictures.
The Kentites used to take their bikes to a local steam rally to show to the public. Then one year a jobsworth at the gate decided we couldn't go till three, we went anyway. As we were not paying or being paid to be there he couldn't do anything about it. Of course we haven't been back since. Folk leave early on Sunday's as they have distant places to get back to and work on the Monday.

Big day has come and gone and still no idea what Project 50 will be!

That Lambretta you took a picture of is now in my garage. It's a bit rough but almost entirely complete. I unsiezed the motor and the clutch and gear changer. Needs tires, head light and tail light, tires (have em) muffler and a left side engine cover. The paint is rough, but theres no major dents. I'll have this thing running today if I'm lucky as everything looks pretty solid.

love oley, looking forward to the TCHR in June. I'll be there all weekend so I'm hoping to see some of you there!

Matt

Congrats on the scooter. I will definitely be seeing you at Triumph Come Home. Hugh is going to be staying with me for the weekend and setting up a booth at the event too. So I am committed (unless something goes horribly wrong)
