Hello. I have a 1971 BSA B25t Victor. It was my dads and he has passed. My mom wants to sell it and I have no idea what it is worth. I have a cousin of mine who REALLY wants it but can't give him a price without knowing what it is worth. It has been sitting for 20 years or so and is in really good condition. The engine was started up maybe 15 years ago and blew oil everywhere. I will have pictures to post once I go to my moms. Please help.

MIKE

Non-running but in otherwise original, complete shape, you're looking at $800-$1200 on eBay or through ads.

I'll back up Alex's figure. About $1000 would be fair to your Mom and to your cousin. I just hope your cousin knows what it is he's "wanting" - the bike is going to need some love and care after sitting that long (all fluids changed, carbs cleaned, tires changed, etc), and even when it's in perfect condition, it can't be treated like a 250 Honda.

Too many families have Dad's old bike, are told by someone it's worth a fortune, and sit and hang onto it hoping for some huge money, when the family really could use the REAL price of it on something else ...

Good Luck!

Lannis
