Which are the good and bad things to be made with the Morgo products of the kind big bore kit 750cc and rotary oil pump

Good piston clearance ?
Piston ring positioning ?
OPRV (Oil Presses Relief Valve), external derivation or not ?
Oil filter in scavenge circuit before the T is good idea ?

I added the additional holes on the OPRV as suggested by Morgo
I added an external derivation to the OPRV which moves in the oil tank (see picture)

Hi Transgarp,

I'm guessing that English is not your first language right? Well, from what I understand you are asking, here are my answers:

The Morgo barrels are not Nikasil, but iron like your standard ones are, so the clearance is down to your the company who do the rebore if one is necessary.

That is an interesting mod you've done to your crankcase there. I would say you need to put your return line filter into the return after your bypassed oil and scavenged oil come together as the muck that comes out of your engine will be 99% in the scavenged oil.

Yep Blapper, english is not my first language. I'm french Canadian from Quebec City and Systran translation helps me much smile

Good argument, not good idea mixing clean and dirty oil

For the copper pipe, I intend to modify for shielded pipe, but this modification run since 1996 without problem
