Hi, good to have you back. Only critisism I have is that I can't book mark my forum directly as before (Norton). I have to start at the home page and work my way through a couple of pages to get to my final destination.

It looks streets ahead of the old software - good job Morgan. I'm not sure about the messages centred in the screen though.

Well done. Now I just have to get my old brain into the new forum grin
I do note my preview post does not work. I am sure it will all
get worked out.

Morgan, maybe you covered this and I missed it...but, what is the amount of time that we have to edit a post? I tried to edit one of mine about an hour or so after I posted, and got a message saying max time to edit had expired...???

Gonna be a lot of misspellings...

S.

New layout looks great.

One problem is that I seem to have to log in again if I change pages

Cheers

Hey morgan,

Congr. with the new Forum.
Like NZbiker I've to login again with each change.
The Search-option gives always "no result found"

I like the new forum, but it will take time to adjust to the change.

One thing I really did like previously was the most recent postings were listed on the middle of the britbike.com Home page, as a frequent visitor I bookmark this page and was a quick way to get to the "hot stuff", any chance you can add that back to the home page.

Also could the Forum titles be in Bold so are easier to read?

A more easy to read font or color would be nice.

Thanks for all the effort Morgan, I wont claim to know much about such an upgrade, but I'm sure I would be pulling my hair out.

It looks great to me, and I'm sure all the little bugs will get worked out soon enough.

Nice job!

Sfarout mang! I like the washed out yellow. It's like a 38 year old yellow perril with orriginal paint kept outside in a dry location!

Morgan, you run a tight ship! It would appear the orriginal login and edit timouts remain in explorer. Step lively people!

You see? Had I been able to modify my previous posts, this post would be redundant. However, here I must go prattling on and on insescently! I'm sure you're aware of a select contingent of internet 'slow-typers' that are never really satisfied with any selfless contribution others might make, ironicly to their own benifit, and can't refrain from complaint. For the purpose of this dicussion, that's me! I'ld like to complain on the highest possible grounds for no reason whatsoever.

Hi Morgan, Thanks for all your efforts, and HUGE patience!! I have noticed that when I select a board, (this one), the screen opens at the last entry in the thread, along with the quick reply box. You have to scroll up to read the original query. Is that what you wanted? Regards, KC
