Gordon...or is it dad1150

Looking at that auction and you got the snipe down to 5 seconds!!

Pretty good, doing that with your watch?

Congrats dad1150 (aka Gordon Gray), on your new seat. That was my first timing bidding so I won't make that mistake again. I was going to bid higher but I was concerned about what was keeping that seat from being a ten. I asked the seller twice about it and he never answered so I was worried that it may be something I wouldn't like. I'm going the Leightons route with some help from this forum. But I won't say who that may be because you may buy that seat pan right out from underneath me as well. laughing

BMc44....I think you'll find the "unit single" people on the list are a small group. Mostly friendly and ALWAYS willing to help someone out.

I would NEVER knowingly snipe something out from under ANYBODY I know on this board. I'm not in the business of selling parts...I'd rather give them to you....I think if you asked around you'd find that out.

I have a pretty good idea of where your getting a pan wink and promise to leave it alone.

DB....with a watch???? no way...there's LOT easier ways to do it nowadays.

I can vouch for Gordon's help on getting my B44 on the road! Hadn't been for him, it would still be sitting on blocks. :bigt:

Thanks again Gordon laugh

Hi Guys,

Watch out for that Gordon feller---he comes on like a BSA unit single guy, but (whisper it) ....he owns a Commando!

I can hear the gasps of horror all the way out here. Yep. He went over to the dark side...just like I would if I came across a deal like he did... :bigt:

Obviously kidding, Gordon--oh, and guys: check out the tee-shirt info thread on the board above! And you can thank Gordon for those, too!
