OK, I admit it, I'm addicted to brake fluid.

But I can stop any time I want.

He rode his '66 T-bird to the Norcross British car and bike show last September. There is another one next Saturday 5 miles from here. Perhaps he will show there, too. Greg

I certainly hope he's alright. I've learned a lot absorbing his answers to questions. A Triumph Guru, for sure.

The new homestead is probably keeping him pretty busy.

Aw, man! Didn't know anyone cared. laughing

I work at Beno's place once a week or so. Work is pretty steady. The downside is that I don't get to choose what I work on. Last week it was a 350 Cagiva trials bike engine and wiring an RE Bullet for dirt track. This week it's been BSA twins and singles.

(Under the heading of Beno "never ceases to amaze", he told me last Thursday eve he was thinking of selling his Egli Comet. I wasn't aware you had one, says I. Oh it's right upstairs, you've not seen it because it's brand new and not been assembled yet. Brand new Egli, still in the box, with an Egli rebuilt engine? Oh yea, the whole bike, tank, forks, and all is still packed up like it came from Egli. sick Meanwhile I'm picking me envious arse up off the floor. laughing )

We love our new home, but now the old job is 1 hour away. Starting to feel like 1/2 my life is behind the wheel. It's an all-expressway drive, which I'm thankful for, but that cuts out any 2-wheeling to work. So except for repair work, Brit bikes have fallen by the wayside. Cant even make it to GABMA meetings any more. I do hope to ride up to the 3 State this year. The bikes love their new home. Just wish I could get them out more often.

All the best !

1) If I come to the 3 State, I'll be riding 2 wheels.

2) There's no way I'm walking around all weekend with ~$40,000 cash in my pocket just to help someone out.

Tell him to call Beno and get some photos. Beno drives all over the US, and can deliver his own bikes!

laughing

PS. Found this photo on Wiki, which may be similar. Beno said it had Ceriani forks and a 4LS.
Being a "new employee" (only 12 years) I still haven't seen the bike.

Steve -

I hope you do. The ride is a gas, but the people make it all worthwhile.

....And you can buy me that beer you've been promising !
