Thanks buddy, i am doing fine. Did follow your adventures around the world with much interest. Your pics are just great and whenever you post new stuff it will brighten our days.
about the bike: it was mine before. I build it from nearly nothing, just bits and pieces. So you can say its kind of "my breed". Rene took it over because he is a good guy and he was in need of a trustful ride. We are riding together a lot. He is a good riding mate because he never moans about pain in the arse and never ask silly questions like" when we will be there..." There are not too many guys who are willing to spend 12 hours in the saddle of a rigid girder bike, but he is. In the beginning the bike had a telescope-fork, but we both are in love with this old style [***]. So he got an upgrade with my spare-girder. Thats the story.
Hope to see you next year, brother. How is your plan for the international BSA Rally in England?
AH! well that's that, then. I hope to meet Rene sometime, maybe we can ride together wherever we meet. As for the BSA International in 2019, attendance IS in the planning stages. Shaun has agreed to loan me (us really as Miss C will attend also) his OIF BSA, now all I need to do is secure a room and get plane tickets. Time will be somewhat tight, so we'll basically spend the rally week and not much more time than that. Look forward to seeing you there!
