Has anybody out there any experience with a triumph pre unit crank being modified to take norton con rods at 1.750" i have a crankshaft that has been adjusted thus and also polished, any ideas?

Hi Nick, Thanks for reply, the crank came with some old grasstrack racing stuff, 8 valve head, 90mm barrels for puma crankcases and other stuff. Ill try and put a picture up. cheers derek

It would have been a bit of a monster but i ended up swapping the bits i had for a norton belt drive kit for my tribsa. I was never going to be able to make it work. I think thats what the crank may have been used for, the cases that suit the barrels in picture i never had but they were possibly available at some point back in time!
