negitive ground bike
ok hers what I did
first I added the led turn signals
thay didnt work
tracked the problem to the indicator light uses the positive wire from the signal not in use for ground
so i had to take the bulb out of the indicator
worked but blinked fast so i added a 1amp load to each signal
works fine
now does anyone have an idea on how i can connect the indicator light back up with out interfering with the signals?

You could try runing a second wire from the flasher unit directly to the indicator.
Then a separate ground for the indicator.

Or wire the indicator from each forward signal.
Then a ground.
But this will require two extra diodes, right.
What do you think?

I tried LED turn singles on my 76 T140V. and they fell apart on my way to get a safety inspection so I switched back at the bike shop the even lent me what tools I needed. Rod

I ran an extra set of running lights off of the led's to draw more current, I hid the extra lights under the seat in a aluminum tube, they blink and work great
